My Writing Life

 Welcome to my page, I appreciate your visit and hope you enjoy my writing style. 

I am third generation Mexican-American, and was born in San Angelo, Texas, in 1987.

I spent my adolescent years in Corpus Christi, Texas.

I moved to Austin, Texas for my college experience. 

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, then began my career in Criminal Justice.  During this time, I also earned my Master’s degree. 

I returned to my hometown after falling in love with my now husband. We have children and they are incredible and intelligent, little beings. They inspire me every day to accomplish my dreams, but they also distract me constantly from getting most of my work done. 

Now I’m a stay-at-home mom, working on my children and my hobbies.
